We have teamed up with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to bring you Pints for Prevention.
Stop by the taproom to collect your marketing materials and yard signs to help us spread the word about the F/M Area Out of the Darkness Community Walk!
Additionally, Junkyard will donate one pint from every sale made between 4 and 8 p.m. on this day to the F/M Area Walk!

About AFSP:
We are the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention North Dakota Chapter. (We also do lots of programming in Moorhead). It's our mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. Nationally, we are known for our research, we are the number one private funder of mental health research.
The more that we know about the brain, about suicide, the treatments and tools can be created to help more people. On the local level, we are active in prevention education, advocacy, and support for loss survivors.
The F/M Out of the Darkness Walk is our primary way of funding all of our programs! (We do have ten walks across the state, but Fargo is by far our largest one!)

Margarita Slushies
We are thrilled to announce the beginning of Slushy Season and we can't wait to share it with you! Starting on May 3rd, we will be serving our Margarita Seltzer Slushies daily in the taproom. The flavors of the slushies will keep changing throughout the season, and not all seltzers will be margarita-based. You can enjoy a Margarita Slushy along with some delicious food from Driftwood Food Truck. The food truck will be available this Friday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Breast Cancer Benefit for Allison Hintz
Allison is a wife, mother of two and a lifelong Type 1 diabetic. Facing a breast cancer diagnosis in September 2023, Allison underwent a preventative MRI which unfortunately revealed a suspicious mass, later confirmed to be cancerous. Despite being scheduled for a full-time workload at Costco, the emotional weight of her diagnosis made it challenging to maintain regular hours. With a double mastectomy scheduled for March 28, 2024, she anticipates a six-week absence from work, though it will be unpaid. This adds an extra layer of stress to an already difficult situation, underscoring the need for support and understanding during Allison’s journey toward recovery. Their family is located in Fargo, where they have a support system to help her through this challenging time.
Our fundraiser will include a variety of fun options to support Allison including a Pulled Pork Meal, Silent Auction, Art Sale, and a Bake Sale. This is a family friendly event. Kids, family and friends of all ages are welcome to attend.

FMSC - Fundraising Event!
