Hey F45 Fam and fitness enthusiasts of West Fargo! Get ready to sweat it out and then cool down with a bevy of your choice!

F45 West Fargo is bringing our signature circuit workout to the awesome atmosphere of Junkyard Brewery. Join us for a high-energy, full-body F45 session that will challenge you and get your heart pumping. Our expert coaches will guide you through 45 minutes of functional training, combining cardio and strength for an incredible workout.

And here's the best part: once you've crushed your workout, take time for a bit of fun! Stick around and enjoy some delicious, refreshing beverages from Junkyard Brewery. What's better than sips after breaking a sweat?

What to Expect:
